1. Assist faculty in proposal development and approval for new programs in distance education, certificate programs, and interdisciplinary programs;
2. Oversee initiatives and policies regarding distance education and certificate programs;
3. Assist faculty with program proposal development and route proposals for internal and UNCOP approval;
4. Conduct graduate program reviews;
5. Serve on Enrollment Planning and Retention Committee;
6. Work with colleges and programs on enrollment planning;
7. Develop and coordinate student recruitment and retention programs;
8. Direct BRIDGE program; develop and submit BRIDGE and other diversity proposals and/or reports;
9. Coordinate distribution of awards from UNCC/DGAG, and NIH BRIDGE funds;
10. Association for the Concerns of African American Graduate Students (ACAAGS) liaison;
11. Coordinate diversity graduate receptions.
