- College of Engineering, Operations Research
- Evaluation of recommendations for admission to graduate school to determine if all requirements have been met,
- coordination of the processing, after admission, of graduate student records, outstanding transcripts, patent agreements, committee appointments, and plans of graduate work;
- approval of the scheduling of oral examinations, assignment of Graduate School Representatives and clearance of students for graduation.
